We can make custom or off the shelf masts and booms for many classes – just because yours may not be listed doesn’t mean we cant do anything for you – We’ve made spinnaker poles for 8 metre class yachts, you just have to ask! All our spars are made to order, with the highest grade pre-preg carbon and where rules allow, using high modulus to reduce weight and windage.

International Moth Class
Masts
Moth standard, 55 mm diameter. Constructed from high grade pre-preg carbon fibre comes complete with bonded on hounds and prodder fitting and mast foot. Price £550 one piece, £580 two piece.

High Modulus, 42 mm diameter mast  as above, weight 2kg. £650 one piece, £680 two piece.

Booms
84 mm to match 55 mm diameter mast, comes with complete with kicker and mainsheet take off. Price £230. Harken outhaul blocks fitted £30
62 mm High Modulus to fit 42 mm diameter mast, weights only 1.15 KG fitted out with kicker and mainsheet take off. Price £265, Harken outhaul blocks fitted £30.

Wing bars etc.
We are happy to supply wing bars, compression struts or any other bits of tube you may need and can often repair damaged sections.

International Canoe
Masts
44 mm diameter High Modulus Carbon section offers reduced windage, better gust response and improved flow over the mainsail compared with conventional larger sections. Built to individual customers requirements, complete with two sets of Carbon spreaders and all fittings bonded on where possible. Ready to rig Price £1350

96 mm Oval section in high grade carbon (pre-preg) fibre tapered layup, Gooseneck hole and re-enforcing for kicking strap as standard, Price £230

National Twelve
Masts
Choice of two sections in standard pre-preg carbon, 55 mm diameter for those who like a stiffer rig and the 48 mm diameter for those who like a more responsive set up. Both come with carbon spreaders as standard, spreader bracket and gooseneck all bonded on. Price £900
High Modulus 42 mm diameter section offers reduced windage and stiffness can be tailored to  individual needs / sail maker’s requirements.  Fitted out as above it will generally require a small amount of lead to bring up to the minimum weight. Price £1050

Standard round 75 mm section, tapered layup and comes with gooseneck hole and kicker re-enforcing as standard. Price £220 or £270 with outhaul fitted and sailcloth kicker strop supplied.
